A mild shower gel with gentle ingredients. I use it daily, and it cares for my sensitive skin extremely well. Once a week, I use it as a shampoo, as it's very rich for hair care, more like a treatment.

Sooooo delicious and so useful. I only have one product in the house now, and my kids don't want to be without it either, as they also like to put it on their skin. It lasts us a long time.

Recommended for menopausal symptoms. I sometimes alternate between "regiogan Für Sie" and "Femibolism" because the body likes variety.

As a diabetic, I appreciate the combination of turmeric, chili, and ginger because it regulates my blood sugar levels and supports my metabolism. I tolerate the product well, but it took some getting used to the spiciness.
