Raw liquid ferments
Please note that a modular principle is only possible to a limited extent with our liquid ferments. We ferment our products in coordinated environments that are stable in themselves and correspond to an environment modeled on the intestines. pH values and other parameters of the ingredients are essential for the community of all ingredients for fermentation. Likewise, we do not sterilize and do not make any health claims about probiotic or other effects, as our products are naturally fermented products. The focus of our expertise is on the liquid environment, which produces enzymes, vitamins, short-chain fatty acids, bacterial components, etc. from fermentation.
