FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
How do I store the ferment?
Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 8 weeks.
Can I take the ferment permanently?
Clear – ideal for daily use or as a 4-6 week course of treatment. For long-term use, we recommend taking breaks, switching to a different ferment, or consulting a specialist.
Made in Germany?
With pride, yes. Our production takes place in Germany under the strictest standards.
What does the ferment taste like?
Gently bitter, earthy and surprisingly round:
The fine balance of bitters, herbs and fermented mildness makes this ferment pleasant to drink even for beginners.
It tastes mildly aromatic with a subtle acidity – no pungent bitterness, but a natural herbal depth that unfolds pleasantly in the mouth.
Why fermented?
A gentle, balanced fermentation makes the plant substances more readily available and particularly well-tolerated – your microbiome will be happy.
Is the ferment alcohol-free?
The ferment is produced without added alcohol. Because it matures through fermentation, it contains a negligibly small and fluctuating alcohol content. The total alcohol content in the bottle is less than that of a ripe banana, and therefore, especially at the recommended dosage, is not considered problematic. It is therefore safe for children to consume.
How long will one bottle last?
About 2 weeks with recommended use.
RAW, VEGAN, ORGANIC, allergen-free?
Yes! 100% vegan, certified organic, raw, and free from gluten, lactose, or soy. Even if you're usually sensitive to herbs, approach them slowly, because fermentation converts many of the substances that cause discomfort and changes their structure, making them easier to digest.
What do white yeast flakes on the surface mean?
Yeast flakes on the surface are part of the naturally fermented product and are harmless. Before opening, shake the bottle gently to dissolve the flakes and prevent them from tasting.
