What does the ferment taste like?

The berries provide a natural sweetness with depth, while the fermentation lends the whole a subtle tanginess – comparable to kombucha, but berryier and more rounded. A treat for kids or fermentation newbies too!

Is the ferment alcohol-free?
The ferment is produced without added alcohol. Because it matures through fermentation, it contains a negligibly small and fluctuating alcohol content. The total alcohol content in the bottle is less than that of a ripe banana, and therefore, especially at the recommended dosage, is not considered problematic. It is therefore safe for children to consume.
