What does “fermented” mean – and why is it important?
Fermentation makes plant substances more digestible, more tolerable, and more effective. This creates bioactive compounds, living microorganisms, and postbiotic substances that strengthen your microbiome—on your skin and gut.

Are your products raw and untreated?
Yes. All ferments remain raw and untreated—without heating, without preservatives, without industrial additives.

Do your ferments contain sugar or alcohol?
No – we don't add sugar or alcohol. Minimal residues from the fermentation process are usually less than 0.5 g per serving and are purely natural.

How do I take the products for internal use?
Depending on the product, we recommend 5–30 ml daily, pure or with water, before or with a meal. If you have sensitive digestion, start with a small amount.

How long do your products last – and do they need to be refrigerated?
Once opened, please refrigerate. Unopened, they can be stored at room temperature, protected from light. The expiration date can be found on the label.

What is ferment cosmetics – and why is it so effective?
Our Regiogan fermented cosmetics contain fermented plants, natural skincare ingredients, and microorganisms that are carefully balanced to soothe, regenerate, and balance the skin's microbiome—all without harsh ingredients.
Is ferment cosmetics suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes – fermentation makes ingredients particularly mild, non-irritating, and bioavailable. Our products are therefore ideal for sensitive, mature, or blemish-prone skin.
Why does the product smell so natural?
We consciously avoid perfume. The delicate, herbal scent comes purely from the fermented plants—a sign of authentic nature. Pay attention to the ingredients list: Some of our care products contain gentle essential oils, while others are fragrance-free.

Carefully handcrafted in Germany – with a focus on sustainability, regionality, and holistic effectiveness. All ingredients are certified organic (DE-ÖKO-037).
Are the products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes – 100% vegan, free from animal ingredients, and of course cruelty-free. (Only our honey-fermented products and our honey-based skincare products are not considered vegan.)
